Inlays and Onlays

When missing teeth is so severe that dental fillings cannot be a viable solution, then the teeth may need an inlay or an onlay. They can be made of resin or porcelain and operate similarly to fillings in that they are bonded to gaps in the teeth.

Inlays are placed inside the tips of the tooth while onlays are placed over the tooth. These pieces are provided at Priority Dental Group at regular clips. Whether you’re looking for gold, composite, or porcelain inlays and onlays, all options are available.

Our experts will apply a thorough procedure which will involve removing the tooth that is being replaced.  Then impressions of the teeth are created to ensure the fillings will fit and provide adequate bite functions.

On the second visit, the inlay or onlay is bonded to the mouth and polished to ensure a clean surface area.  The treatment will ensure a restored smile and healthy set of teeth.
